Krippu canapés without gluten

Chickpea crackers that are high in protein perfectly fit with seeds, herbs, and vegetables as they help to digest protein, as well as provide the body with vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

  • "Krippu" chickpea crackers (with or without chili flavour)
  • Avocado
  • Radish
  • Tomatoes
  • Goat cheese
  • Quail eggs
  • Sunflower sprouts
  • Dill
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds
  • Beet powder

Preparation:

Ingredients listed above can be combined in a variety of ways. Our favourite combinations:

  1. "Krippu" crackers with avocado, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, beet powder;
  2. "Krippu" crackers with goat cheese, radish, sunflower sprouts, crushed pumpkin seeds;
  3. "Krippu" crackers with avocado, radish, sunflower sprouts.

However, we highly recommend you to unleash your imagination and find your own favourite variations.

Chickpea snacks will be crispy for about 1 hour.
