RECIPES  PINK CHEESE CREME

Goat milk cheese contains less fat than cow's milk cheese. It is healthy to eat lean cheeses and a good way to diversify the menu with the crispy  and allergen free chickpea crackers.

Ingredients:

  • Krippu” chickpea crackers;
  • 4 teaspoons fresh goat cheese;
  • ½  teaspoon beet powder;
  • ½  teaspoon dried oregano or 1 teaspoon fresh oregano ;
  • 1 teaspoon oil (pumpkin, grape seed or other optional);
  • Salt, pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until homogenous.
  2. Fill the pink goat cheese creme in the cake spice or bag and decorate crackers.
  3. Crackers will be crispy for about 1 hour.
